It’s quite a long drive, usually around 5h30.
It gets better after getting out of the highway at Malemort, followed by a scenic road to Beaulieu-sur-Dordogne.

From Paris by train
Best way to go. Two options.
Rent a car at Brive la Gaillarde
4h20mn to Brive, where you pick up your rental at the station (SNCF partnership).
Then, it’s less than an hour drive, going through famous villages such as Collonges-la-Rouge or Meyssac.
Someone picks you up
Get a train to Brive la Gaillarde with correspondance to Bretenoux-Biars.
It won’t take longer than the drive from Brive, and then, it’s only a few minutes from the house.
