This special time of the day when the brezze settles down and the owls’ screeching gradually replaces the chirping of smaller birds. The garden lights switches on, and the stars appear on the East, while dusk settles the West.

For us, that’s really the perfect time to enjoy a local drink, like the Fenouillette, distilled in Brive-le-Gaillarde by Denoix, since 1839 — PS, we have no affiliation to them, but we enjoy this with some ice after dinner 🙂
